Where can I find a good source code/html template to use as a foundation for my website?

I’ve downloaded Dream-weaver CS4 and now I want to begin creating the website of my dreams, but I have a problem. I kind of need most of the source to be written so I can just fiddle with it. Where can I find some html source website templates that will help me with this.
