What’s the best template for writing a Quarterly business plan?
For my business development role I need to produce a quarterly business plan; reviewing the past 3 months within the business and setting out an agenda and proposals for the subsequent 3 months for the company.
Im looking for a template of how I should structure this quarterly plan? What to include etc, how to gather the info.
Any advice much appreciated, or any books?
