Can I link a template file to all the webpages of my site just like linking a CSS file?

Can I create and use website templates without any softwares like dreamweaver. I need to know if I can create templates similar to CSS, by just writing html code and then linking that template file to all my webpages.

    No. You need to modify templates to your needs and then upload them once complete.

    They don’t take the info on the web site and use it like a CSS would.

    Ja, je kan toch ….! Om gebruik te maken van de sjablonen hebt u tot wijziging van de tekst, afbeeldingen die in de sjabloon op uw eigen behoeften suite ….!
